LOOPER’S ESCAPE: DAILY / 01
PULL.
AIM.
PANIC.
A casual phone game.
Space didn’t get the memo.
One scored escape a day. Spinning rings. A deeply unhelpful universe. Your aim is the only thing standing between Looper and another terrible commute.

OR AT ALL.
01 / THE DAILY ESCAPE
New day.
Same questionable
survival instinct.
Pull back, aim and release through the gaps in spinning rings. Simple enough. Then the rings move, the clock runs down, and your brilliant plan becomes more of a suggestion.
One scored attempt. Everyone’s challenge. The same daily challenge for every player. A fresh escape arrives at midnight UTC.
Looper. Loopey. Very limited life insurance. Two lives in your scored attempt. Make them count. Ideally in the correct direction.
Done for today? Keep practising.Unscored practice remains available for the cycle. An optional rewarded ad powers it up; Premium skips the ad.
Daily and all-time leaderboards. No account, sign-up or email needed to play.
02 / THE HOLO SUITE
It’s only practice.
What could possibly—
Twelve chambers. Sixty stages. Banks, warps, relays and all the other things a sensible training facility would have risk-assessed.
Earn medals, improve your times and clear each chamber with silver or better to unlock the next. Gold is there for anyone who thinks “good enough” sounds suspiciously like surrender.
SIMULATION ANOMALY DETECTED
NIGHTMARE / SAFETY SYSTEMS UNAVAILABLE
Collect all 12 gold medals to unlock Nightmare in the Holo Suite. No aiming guides. No rescues. The reassuring training environment appears to have developed other priorities.
You wanted more of a challenge.
The simulation has taken that personally.

03 / THERE’S A STORY IN HERE
Meet your crew.
Lower your expectations.
Looper is stuck in a loop. Loopey is pink, helpful and probably regretting the association.
Unlock illustrated story cards as you play, discover how they got here, and develop an entirely unreasonable attachment to two astronauts with a talent for making things worse.
FREE TO PLAY / OPTIONAL PREMIUM
Less advertising.
Same personal responsibility.
One purchase removes banner ads and skips rewarded ads for practice and Holo Suite unlocks and assistance. No subscription. Premium keeps the challenge intact: hint penalties still apply.

ON THE HORIZON

Small games.

Matrie Game Studio is my hobby project: making games to entertain my young children and show them what coding, AI and a bit of imagination can do. It has developed a thoroughly unreasonable “one more go” problem.
Looper’s Escape: Daily is our first escape route. One More Floor is next. Apparently we haven’t learnt anything.

Need a hand?
Bug reports, questions or a strongly worded account of what the wormhole did to you.
matriegamestudio@gmail.comFor a bug report, include your phone model, game version and what happened. A screenshot helps. Your backup code belongs to you—please don’t post it publicly.
Is it really one attempt per day?
One scored attempt, with Looper and Loopey each getting a life. Afterwards, you can use unscored practice for the current cycle. Practice doesn’t change your leaderboard score. The daily challenge resets at midnight UTC.
Do I need an account?
No account, sign-up or email is needed to play. The game gives you a player name and code. You can use the optional backup feature to help move your progress to a new phone.
How do I unlock Nightmare?
Earn gold medals in all 12 normal Holo Suite chambers. Nightmare is a toggleable Holo Suite mode. Powering the Nightmare suits uses an optional rewarded ad; Premium bypasses the ad. Turning it on remains your decision. We would like that on record.
I bought Premium. How do I restore it?
Use the restore-purchases option in the game’s settings with the same store account used to buy Premium. If it doesn’t restore, email support with your game version and store receipt details. Never send your password or full payment-card information.
Can I play offline?
Gameplay works offline; leaderboards update when you reconnect. Purchases, rewarded ads and online backup features need a connection. Ad-powered unlocks also need to have been charged before you go offline.
